what to buy for my new shop?

So I just found a shop that I will be renting staring in march. I have been using my garage and shed, so I have usage of anything at the house... But now I have to equip a shop with limited funds so it is usable by the end of march...

What do you think should be at the top of my list of things to buy

a blade sharpener, floor jack, storage cabinet for chemicals, good set of tools, and a very good fire extinguisher. Oh yeah a fridge with ice maker would be nice.

A nice office area with a good scheduling board and Dry erase board(s).

Oil and filters, with an equipment maintenance schedule board.

    And Seafoam!

I have a roll around maintenance cart with oil, filters, lubricants, grease guns, shop towels, latex gloves, etc. Also, I keep the exact tools I need for basic maintenace for 4 different brands of mowers on the cart as well. It makes preventative maintenance so much easier. I hate it when I need the 15/16 impact socket and have to look thru 2 large Kennedy's trying to find it...lol

After the air compressor, I'd put together my PM cart...

thanks for the suggestions... and keep them coming.
There is an auto shop near me that all their tools and equipment are going up for auction. So hopefully I can pick some of the tools up for a steal

I should start moving in tomorrow... I now have a welder, a decent mechanic's tool set, bench grinder, I will be sectioning off an area for chemicals, I still need a cabinet for parts, and one of those flamable liquids storage cabinets (as per fire inspector) a floor squeegee and mop (no floor drain) I will try to post up some photos to give yall an idea of what I am working with.
